Job summary

Lexus of Naperville is seeking a Sales Porter to support the sales team and maintain showroom and lot appearance. You will assist with vehicle displays, prep deliveries, and provide friendly customer interactions to help guests find the right vehicle.

This full-time, hourly role offers weekly pay, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on dealership products and services. Prior automotive exposure is helpful, and strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot by regularly washing and detailing vehicles.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by retrieving and prepping the vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist with vehicle displays, including rotating and positioning vehicles in the showroom and lot.
• Keep track of vehicle inventory and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate salesperson.
• Help maintain a positive and professional work environment by following company policies and procedures.
