Job summary

GEM Supply is seeking a capable showroom leader in Orlando to own the floor, inventory, and a supervising service technician after four months of training. You will build the weekly schedule, know top accounts, and deliver a concise weekly performance report to ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or showroom ops with real leadership.
• Experience running a shift or small location.
• Comfort with POS and inventory/vendor management.
• Professional, self-sufficient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor: greet customers, resolve issues, quote sales.
• Manage inventory and vendor orders; keep displays sharp.
• Build weekly schedule and direct in-house service technician.
• Know top accounts by name; maintain relationships.
• Provide a concise weekly report to ownership.
