Qualifications

• Three years in retail or design with leadership experience.
• Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through metrics and analysis.
• Strong selling skills with focus on client experience in luxury goods.
• Ability to coach teams and foster professional growth.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Oversee stockroom cleanliness and visual integrity.
• Coordinate daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash controls.
• Drive high-quality client experience and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coach on service, upselling, and CRM/ERP usage.
• Monitor sales metrics and report performance insights to leadership.
• Lead on-duty and support leadership continuity.
