Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative in Belgrade, MT. You will support the Sales team by providing timely quotations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service for showroom customers and builders.

The role requires the ability to use a CRM system, handle phone inquiries, and coordinate with the warehouse. Prior sales or customer service experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $17.77 - $28.42

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
