Ferguson in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service on the showroom floor and contribute to the bottom line of a national leader. You will greet customers, quote estimates, and process orders while coordinating deliveries with the warehouse.

The role supports Outside Sales and Showroom Sales teams, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and one weekday off. It features an uncapped commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.
• Results oriented with strong relationship-building and teamwork.
• Strong phone and in-person sales communication, time management, and organization.

• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. Position Details:

Schedule | Monday–Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday is required, with one additional weekday off each week, for a 5-day workweek.

This is an uncapped commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $52,000-$62,400 annually.
