Concrete Collaborative in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Showroom & Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This client-facing role blends in-person showroom experiences with virtual sales, project coordination, and support for our national sales team.

You will guide architects and designers from initial inquiry to final order, ensuring accurate quotes and timely follow-ups. You’ll build relationships, host showroom visits, prepare quotes, and collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or design-related field.
• Ability to host architect/designer visits and manage quotes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome architects, designers, builders, and homeowners to the Oceanside showroom.
• Build relationships in person and virtually via phone, email, and video meetings.
• Guide clients through materials, finishes, and applications for their projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries, capture requirements, and convert interest to orders.
• Manage opportunities from inquiry to order, including quotes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, estimating, and project teams to move projects forward.
• Support national sales reps with pricing, samples, and client presentations.
• Maintain CRM data, project details, and next steps for timely communication.
