Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Showroom Host to monitor service quality and assist with show and event preparations at our venue. You will scan tickets, escort guests to their seats, and help secure the venue during performances with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pre-shift readiness, coordinating with the Showroom Supervisor and Box Office, managing VIP seating, assisting guests with special needs, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide quality customer service and work under pressure.
• Experience in a theater/show/event setting preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Scan show tickets and escort guests to their assigned section.
• Monitor service quality and assist in show preparation and conclusion.
• Coordinate with Showroom Supervisor and Box Office on VIP seating.
• Respond promptly to patrons' questions and concerns with help as needed.
• Assist with setup/teardown and end-of-show tasks, such as securing the venue.
• Maintain safety and security during performances and pre/post-show rounds.
