Job summary

Lexus of Orlando is seeking a friendly Greeter to serve as the first point of contact in the showroom. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate department, ensuring a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include recording basic customer information, handing out brochures, answering routine questions, and providing clerical support. You may also assist in the service department during morning rush and serve as a telephone backup.

Responsibilities

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Directs customers to the correct department.
• Notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
• Hands out brochures and other information to customers.
• Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Greets customers in the service department during morning rush hour and obtains basic customer information.
• Serves as telephone backup.
• Serves as clerical backup.
• Prints daily reports and weekly schedules for the General Manager and other dealership managers.
• Conducts outbound customer calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
