Job summary

DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Receptionist to be the front-line face of the dealership. You will greet showroom visitors, route inquiries, answer calls, and provide basic information while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

In this role you will support sales staff by handling dealer tags, gas tickets, and data entry into the prospect tracking system. A strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and reliability are essential; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak clearly and pleasantly on the telephone and convey the image of professionalism and competence to callers and in-person customers.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees.
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department or salesperson.
• Answer basic customer inquiries and refer extensive inquiries.
• Enter data into the prospect tracking system.
