Qualifications

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Strategic, highly organized, results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance focused on refined taste
• Collaborate with Gallery Leadership, Curators, and corporate partners to execute creative vision and drive sales
• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets and maintain visual integrity of the gallery
• Train and mentor the gallery team on floor sets, visual standards, signage, maintenance, and recovery
• Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative input on directives
• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and merchandising presentation

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance focused on refined taste


• Collaborate with Gallery Leadership, Curators, and corporate partners to execute creative vision and drive sales


• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets and maintain visual integrity of the gallery


• Train and mentor the gallery team on floor sets, visual standards, signage, maintenance, and recovery


• Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative input on directives


• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and merchandising presentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or a related field


• Technical proficiency with multiple platforms to track inventory and request replacements; proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications


• Strategic, highly organized, results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, embrace change, and problem-solve cross-functionally


• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs, maneuver on the gallery floor and in stock rooms, operate basic power tools, and perform prolonged standing, bending, and climbing
