Construction Resources is seeking a part-time Design Center Coordinator to support showroom operations and client experience in Atlanta. The role emphasizes Saturdays and high-traffic periods, with duties spanning reception, sample organization, inventory, and event support.

You will assist the Design Center team and collaborate with marketing and events. This position offers hourly pay and requires reliability, organization, and strong client service skills.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work Saturdays (required).
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client facing roles is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Showroom Support: Reception, restocking and managing refreshments, sample organization and inventory, keep showroom organized and client ready.
• General Assistance: light administrative or operational support as needed, assist during peak traffic, communicate recurring client questions to leadership.
• Information & Follow-up Support: collect client contact information, share notes with team for follow-up, flag questions to managers.
• Schedule/Hours: assist with events and tours; support Saturdays and high-traffic periods.
