Construction Resources is seeking a Design Center Coordinator (Part-time) to support showroom operations, focusing on Saturdays and high-traffic periods. The role involves assisting reception, inventory, events, and client samples to create a welcoming, organized showroom environment.

The position requires lifting up to 30 lbs, flexibility for events, and cross-functional support across product and hospitality areas within the Design Center team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work Saturdays (required).
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client facing roles is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reception and showroom support to ensure a welcoming client experience.
• Restocking and managing refreshments; sample organization and inventory.
• Help keep the showroom organized, clean, and client ready; assist with events and tours.
• Provide light administrative or operational support during peak traffic and communicate client questions to leadership.
