Job summary

Havertys Furniture is seeking a Display Delivery Assistant in Buford, GA to set up showroom merchandise and assist with home deliveries. You will ride along with delivery drivers and help with customer service, safety, and teamwork.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. We offer comprehensive training, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within Havertys.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and assist on deliveries.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up merchandise in showroom and keep it in good condition.
• Assist with moving and arranging showroom items.
• Support furniture deliveries to customers' homes.
• Unload furniture from trucks and place it in customers' homes safely.
• Assist Display Coordinator with floor moves and lighting adjustments.
• Place POP materials, banners, and signs in showroom area.
