Havertys Furniture in Pittsburgh is seeking a Display Coordinator/Office Assistant to maintain showroom displays, assist sales consultants, and support daily office tasks.

The role includes onsite training and a schedule aligned with store hours. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for daily pay options and benefits such as 401K, health coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least six months to one year of related experience is required.
• 2+ years of retail display experience is preferred.
• AA degree or equivalent educational knowledge is preferred.
• Strong math, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom displays per Corporate Display Standards.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture and/or accessories.
• Process customer sales and payments; answer phones and schedule deliveries.
• Balance cash fund daily; complete opening/closing procedure checklists.
• Review and update weekly display readiness with managers.
• Tag and merchandise accessories to match plan and reports.
