Hajoca Corporation’s Able Distributing in West Allis, WI is seeking a Showroom Salesperson who can provide expert product selection, design advice, and outstanding customer service to showroom customers. You will help customers find the best kitchen and bath solutions, process orders, and maintain a welcoming, organized showroom while staying current with design trends and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Articulate showroom value proposition to engage customers and show value provided.
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the best products.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids and stay engaged with customers from start to end.
• Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Join industry associations and attend events to stay informed on design trends.
