Porcelanosa is seeking a Full Time Design Consultant II to join our Virginia showroom. You will sell high-end products, train with a collaborative team, and translate client visions into showroom designs.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in interior design consulting or retail sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Take part in training and development programs to stay updated on company and market information.
• Introduce, demonstrate, promote and sell products/services in the showroom.
• Help maintain showroom displays and merchandising programs.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives in volume and margin.
• Prepare sales budgets and proposals for the showroom.
• Quote prices and terms of sale and delivery information.
• Coach junior showroom sales personnel as needed.
• Schedule and visit customers to support, close or service showroom sales.
• Gather data on product tastes and trends from showroom buyers.
• Process cash instruments and enter customers and orders into the system.
