Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to warmly greet guests, manage the showroom flow, and support the sales team with admin tasks. This full-time role emphasizes a friendly, organized, and professional presence in a customer-focused environment.

The position involves answering calls, directing visitors, coordinating appointments, and maintaining an organized showroom. Training is available for the right candidate, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a dealership setting.

Formación

• Previous customer service, reception, or administration experience is preferred.
• Automotive industry exposure is a plus, but training is available.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Help create a positive, welcoming showroom environment.
• Assist the sales team with customer-service and administrative needs.
• Help coordinate appointments and customer visits.
• Answer basic customer questions and connect them with the right person.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception/showroom area.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
• Document imaging.
• Provide customer service that encourages repeat visits.
