STARK in Atlanta is seeking a Client Experience Representative for our showroom, ideal for design enthusiasts looking to join a leading fabric and rug company.

You will answer calls, greet clients, manage client information in our system, assist with billing, and help keep the showroom presentable. A year of professional experience and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook are preferred.

Qualifications

• Interest in the design industry preferred.
• Pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear and articulate spoken communication.
• Ability to exchange accurate information with coworkers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook for data entry.
• Must be detail-oriented and perform well under pressure.
• Minimum one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer the showroom’s main line, take and relay messages, and transfer calls.
• Greet clients in the showroom and announce their arrival to appropriate parties.
• Answer general inquiries from team members and the public as necessary.
• Track client information in company system.
• Train team members on front desk duties as needed.
• Ensure Showroom is presentable and stocked with supplies.
• Assist Account Managers with billings.
• Administrative responsibilities like supply ordering, invoice filing, and calendar management.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
