Job summary

Milestone and Pavers in Doral, FL is seeking a Showroom Representative who is bilingual in English and Spanish to greet customers, process orders, and handle inquiries. The role emphasizes building relationships, generating leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a showroom setting.

We value strong communication and basic computer skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with alternating Saturdays half-day, and compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

Specific duties may include:

• Welcoming customers at the showroomProcess orders accuratelyHandle incoming calls and inquires from customers.
• Build new relationships with prospective customers in the industry.
• Making customers to feel comfortable and valuable for their experience
• Cultivating and managing customer relationships
• Making cold calls to prospective customers, collect payments.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
