Designer’s Patio, a family-owned luxury outdoor furnishings showroom in the Dallas World Trade Center, seeks an organized Administrative Assistant / Sales Support Coordinator to assist our sales team and showroom operations.

You will greet clients, collect project details, relay notes to the team, manage data entry and daily tasks, and help maintain showroom displays with a service‑minded approach. This role requires reliability and a proactive attitude in a small team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and connect them with a salesperson.
• Collect client contact information, project details, and inquiries; relay notes to the sales team.
• Answer routine phone and email inquiries and direct clients to the proper team member.
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and reporting.
• Assist with deposits, outstanding balances, and payments tracking.
• Support showroom operations and daily tasks as needed by the team.
• Help stage and refresh showroom displays; move and rearrange furniture with the team.
• Keep showroom clean and organized, including samples and displays.
