Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Summary

The Showing Assistant / Agent Partner plays a vital support role tailored for licensed agents eager to deliver exceptional client service and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate environment. Collaborating closely with our lead agents, you will conduct home showings, participate in inspections, and guide buyers throughout their home search journey — all while receiving mentorship to foster your professional development within our team.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
