Are you a newly licensed real estate professional eager to gain practical experience within a reputable and successful team? We are looking for a Licensed Showing Assistant to support our buyer agents and help us provide outstanding service to our clients.

This role offers a unique chance to learn from a team that has guided more than 8,000 families through buying and selling homes throughout Flower Mound and the greater North Texas area. With a combined experience exceeding 40 years, we provide a supportive environment where you can develop your skills, build confidence, and advance your real estate career.

Role Overview

In the role of Showing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our lead buyer agents to coordinate property showings, manage client communications, and assist with various buyer-focused responsibilities. You will represent our team during home tours, offering valuable insights, support, and a warm, professional experience for our clients.

This opportunity is perfect for a fully licensed Texas agent who enjoys engaging with people and is committed to establishing a successful, long-term career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
