Job summary

H.J. Martin and Son is seeking a Shower Door & Mirror Installer to install shower doors and mirrors in our residential division. You will provide outstanding service to customers and perform professional installations at the customers’ property.

Advancement opportunities may exist as work ethic and expertise are established. You should be capable of installing various glass configurations safely, read blueprints and layouts, and follow direction from the division leader.

Qualifications

• Construction and/or glass installation experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a team setting, and meet deadlines.
• Must be detailed oriented and reliable.
• Express an eagerness and willingness to learn and receive instruction from project leader.
• Applies common sense with an understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.

Position Description

Position Description: We are seeking a Shower Door & Mirror Installer to install various products, including shower doors and mirrors within our residential division. This position is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, along with completing professional installation of shower doors and mirrors within our customers’ property. Advancement opportunities may exist once work ethic and expertise is established.

• Must be capable of installing any glass configuration in a safe manner
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, construction plans and layouts
• Follows all paperwork and does not make any assumptions without the proper direction from the division leader
• General knowledge of hand tools and power tools in a safe manner

Other Duties As Assigned

Performs other related duties as assigned, including supporting team members in the completion of their work for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the business.
