Job summary

H.J. Martin and Son in Green Bay, WI is seeking a shop fabricator to join our Commercial Glass & Glazing fabrication team. You will fabricate aluminum windows and doors and support the fabrication line.

Candidates should have storefront or curtainwall experience, be able to lift heavy objects, multi-task, and work well in a team. This is a full-time position with early morning hours and a chance to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Storefront or curtainwall experience is a plus.
• Doors and hardware experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Able to multi-task, work in a team, and meet deadlines.
• A valid state driver’s license is preferred.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday (5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and Friday (5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)

Position Description: We are seeking a shop fabricator to work with our Commercial Glass & Glazing fabrication team.

Window & Door Fabricator Principal Responsibilities

• Fabrication of aluminum windows and doors

Other Duties As Assigned: Performs other related duties as assigned including supporting team members in the completion of their work for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the business.

Position Requirements

Experience/Technical Skills Required:

• Storefront and curtainwall experience is a plus
• Doors and hardware experience is a plus
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Ability to lift heavy objects including the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor that is essential to completing the project
• Must possess the skills to multi-task, work in a team setting, and meet deadlines
• A valid state driver's license is preferred
