West Shore Home in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to join our growing team. Schedule is Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start. You will load materials, travel to homes, install baths and surrounds, and leave a clean, professional job site.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
