Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Des Moines, IA. The role starts early Monday–Friday (6:30 AM) and involves loading materials, traveling to homes, performing bath/shower demos, installing new fixtures, and updating plumbing as needed.

Expect clean work habits and strong customer rapport during installations. compensation is hourly with potential growth; comprehensive benefits are provided along with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
