West Shore Home is seeking a Shower & Bath Installer in Birmingham, AL. The role involves loading materials, traveling to homes, performing bath/shower demos, installing new fixtures, and ensuring a clean, safe job site.

This position requires practical carpentry/remodeling skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
