Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, seeks a Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe and high-quality installations of baths and related components. The role involves morning material loading, traveling to customer homes, completing installations, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.

A valid driver’s license and tools knowledge are required. Minimum requirements include experience in carpentry, remodeling or plumbing or a strong willingness to learn; basic hand

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing, or a strong willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to customer homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
