West Shore Home in Greenville, NC is seeking a Shower & Bath Installer to perform safe, high‑quality remodels and provide a 5‑star experience for customers. The role requires arriving by 6:30 AM each weekday, traveling to job sites, installing tubs or showers, and completing clean‑up with care for the home.

Compensation is hourly, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, an HSA, PTO, and training. A valid driver’s license and tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
