West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Lead Shower & Bath Installer in the Boston, MA area to manage full bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. You will demolish existing fixtures, perform plumbing updates, and install new tubs, shower pans, and wall surrounds while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will load materials, arrive on time, interact with homeowners, and ensure a clean, well-documented project closeout. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation.
• Ability to lead remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Load truck and materials at the warehouse.
• Arrive on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely demo existing tubs/showers and protect customer home.
• Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
• Perform plumbing updates as needed and ensure quality standards.
• Keep jobsite clean and communicate with homeowners.
• Complete paperwork and project closeout.
