Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Full-Time Shower Aide position on the day shift (8am-5pm).

Shifts are Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu, with benefits such as shift differential up to $4/hour for eligible nursing positions, Advanced Pay, 401(k), PTO & Holiday Pay, and medical/dental/vision coverage. Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming.
• Provide supportive care to promote independence and dignity.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.

• Maintain a clean environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
