Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to serve as Shower Aide on a full-time basis. You will support residents with bathing and personal care, promoting comfort, dignity, and safety in daily activities.

Join a dedicated team where you will monitor changes in residents' conditions, communicate with the care team, and ensure infection control standards while providing emotional support and companionship to those we serve.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

As a Shower Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming
• Provide supportive care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition

Requirements
