Employment Type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift

Description: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4pm

General Responsibilities:

1. Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors. Follow work assignments and schedules to complete your tasks.
2. Support the admission, transfer, and discharge process for residents.
3. Assist elders with daily living functions such as dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, hair care, and shaving according to their preferences.
4. Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
5. Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed, including daily Range of Motion exercises. Record data as instructed and answer resident calls promptly.
6. Follow established safety precautions in all duties, including exposure to body fluids, lifting, transferring, and use/disposal of personal protective equipment.
7. Wear and/or use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., gait belt, mechanical lifts) when lifting or moving residents according to the plan of care.
