Job summary

The Freeman Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Manager – Show Site to coordinate client production requirements for live events. You will work with Sales after contract, during and after the event to ensure successful delivery, overseeing pre-production, site surveys, and on-site operations.

You will collaborate with the Audio Visual and Event Technology teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure smooth communication among clients, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining high

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations / project management experience in AV or staging
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP/CTS preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Participates in site surveys to ensure proper planning of events
• Coordinate with facilities and design teams to meet client requirements within budget
• Create and manage pre-production workflows using Workfront
• Schedule staffing with National Labor and onsite teams
• Review post-show reports and manage billing accuracy
