Job summary

Pyrotecnico in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Warehouse and Show Operations Specialist to manage equipment, inventory, and show prep for live events. You will ensure readiness, maintain logs, and support safe operation of the warehouse and shows.

The role involves loading and unloading trucks, inspecting and repairing gear, coordinating with the Equipment Inventory Manager, and occasional travel up to 10% as shows require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and facility maintenance.
• Ability to pass an ATF background check.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic operation of hand and power tools.
• Forklift experience preferred (training/certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks for shows safely and promptly.
• Manage warehouse inventory and equipment using the inventory management system.
• Inspect, test, maintain, repair, and label equipment.
• Maintain logs of completed work in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with the Equipment Inventory Manager for equipment needs.
• Pull and prep shows for delivery and setup.
• Check in and out shows and report shortages or damaged gear to Managers.
• Operate forklifts and power tools.
• Keep warehouse and grounds clean and organized.
• Complete and submit paperwork per policy.
