Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass an ATF background check.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and facility maintenance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic operation of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks for shows in a safe and timely manner.
• Manage warehouse inventory and equipment using the inventory management system.
• Inspect, test, maintain, repair, and label all equipment/gear regularly.
• Maintain logs of completed work in the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with Equipment Inventory Manager for equipment needs.
• Pull and prep shows for delivery and setup.
• Check in and out shows, report shortages or damaged/missing gear to managers.
• Maintain industry-specific electronics and ensure they are in proper working order.
• Maintain warehouse and grounds in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and power tools.
