• Maintenance: Troubleshoot mics, wireless systems, consoles, monitors, and cabling.
• Band Consulting & Musical Production: Collaborate with directors and musicians on instrumentation and balance.
• Lighting Design: Design and program lighting cues to support the show's arc.
• Production Coordination: Plan timelines, budgeting, and logistics for travel and setup/strike.
• Student Education & Leadership: Train students in sound, lighting, and stagecraft.
