Simmons Animal Nutrition, Inc is hiring for a Shoulder Cutter on the day shift at our Southwest City, MO facility. This full-time, on-site role requires rotating among the Cone Loader, Wing Rounder and Shoulder Cutter positions to meet production needs.

The successful candidate will cut front halves around the shoulder and scapula, pull the breast downward to separate meat from bone, and maintain sharp blades while minimizing scrap.

Qualifications

• Rotates among Cone Loader, Wing Rounder, Shoulder Cutter as production demands.
• Accuracy in cutting of front half around shoulder and scapula.
• Maintain knife sharpness and low scrape scores.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate cuts on every front half around the shoulder and scapula.
• Pull the breast downward to separate meat from the frame and monitor quality.
• Sharpen/replace blades as needed and support team objectives.
