Ezer Home Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialists. You will clean and reset Airbnb-style properties between guest stays and may assist with other cleaning services as needed.

A reliable vehicle and flexibility to work across weekends and varied shifts are required. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience, with bonuses for performance and attendance, plus opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, hotel, property management, or short-term rental cleaning required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset short-term rentals, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and similar spaces.
• Prepare properties for incoming guests by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and complete guest-ready finishing touches.
• Support other cleaning services as needed, including residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and property management cleanings.
• Follow detailed checklists, client preferences, and Ezer standards.
• Identify and report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or supply needs.
• Take required photos and provide updates through our app-based systems.
• Perform solo and/or team cleanings with quality, care, and efficiency.
• Safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment.

Job Description

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who love creating clean, organized, guest-ready spaces. At Ezer Home Solutions, our Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialists primarily focus on cleaning and resetting short-term rentals, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and similar properties between guest stays.

While short-term rentals would be the main focus of this role, team members may also support other types of cleanings as needed, including residential homes, commercial spaces, move-in/move-out cleans, and property management cleanings.

This role is open to full-time and part-time team members. Short-term rental cleaning requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and flexibility because homes must be cleaned, reset, and ready before the next guest arrives.

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Experience in residential, commercial, hotel, property management, or short-term rental cleaning required
• Comfortable working independently and maintaining strong time management
• Ability to follow app-based schedules and provide updates via Google Chat
• A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Must be available Monday through Sunday, with two days off each week
• Days off may vary based on booking schedules and turnover needs
