Ezer Home Solutions LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialists to clean and reset Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and similar properties between guest stays in St. Louis.

You may also support residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and property management cleanings. Weekend availability is required; roles can be full-time or part-time, with schedule flexibility and app-based updates.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hotel, property management, or short-term rental cleaning required.
• Comfortable working independently and maintaining strong time management.
• Ability to follow app-based schedules and provide updates via Google Chat.
• A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Must be available Monday through Sunday, with two days off each week.
• Days off may vary based on booking schedules and turnover needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset short-term rentals, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and similar spaces.
• Prepare properties for incoming guests by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and complete guest-ready finishing touches.
• Support other cleaning services as needed, including residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and property management cleanings.
• Follow detailed checklists, client preferences, and Ezer standards.
• Identify and report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or supply needs.
• Take required photos and provide updates through our app-based systems.
• Perform solo and/or team cleanings with quality, care, and efficiency.
• Safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment.
