Job summary

Ezer Home Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialists. You will clean and reset Airbnb-style properties between guest stays and may assist with other cleaning services as needed.

A reliable vehicle and flexibility to work across weekends and varied shifts are required. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience, with bonuses for performance and attendance, plus opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

Experience in residential, commercial, hotel, property management, or short-term rental cleaning required.

Responsibilities

Clean and reset short-term rentals, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and similar spaces.
Prepare properties for incoming guests by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and complete guest-ready finishing touches.
Support other cleaning services as needed, including residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and property management cleanings.
Follow detailed checklists, client preferences, and Ezer standards.
Identify and report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or supply needs.
Take required photos and provide updates through our app-based systems.
Perform solo and/or team cleanings with quality, care, and efficiency.
Safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment.
