The Ocean City School District is seeking a Short-Term Leave Replacement Special Education Teacher at the Intermediate School for January 4, 2027 through March 21, 2027. Must hold a valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities with the appropriate co-certification (Elementary/Special Education) and have experience in a self-contained classroom with multiple needs, plus data-driven IEP monitoring.

Effective Dates: January 4, 2027 through March 21, 2027

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities along with the appropriate co-certification (Elementary School Teacher/Elementary School Teacher K-6) or Teacher of the Handicapped required
• Experience working in a self-contained classroom with students with multiple needs
• Experience monitoring data driven IEP goals and objectives
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
• Criminal History background approval, HIB training and proof of New Jersey residency required by all successful applicants.
