Qualifications

• Lead Technical Writer experience for USG bids, with USDOL-proposal writing preferred.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to successful proposals for USDOL or similar USG donors.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal drafter of USDOL/ILAB proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and page/formatting limitations.
• Work closely with Partners’ technical team to translate technical inputs into concise narrative content.
• Participate in regular coordination calls with Partners’ proposal team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, cost team, and contributors to integrate technical content effectively.
• Incorporate review feedback promptly and effectively and deliver polished drafts for internal review.
• Support finalization to ensure readiness for on-time submission.

Partners seeks a consultant to lead proposal writing for one or more U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of International Labor Affairs (USDOL/ILAB) funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal drafter of one or multiple USDOL/ILAB proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and page/formatting limitations.
• Work closely with Partners’ technical team to transform technical inputs into concise narrative content.
• Participate in regular coordination calls with Partners’ proposal team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, cost team, and other contributors to integrate technical content effectively.
• Incorporate internal and external review feedback promptly and effectively.
• Deliver polished drafts for internal review according tot the agreed proposal calendar.
• Support the finalization process to ensure readiness for on-time submission.
