Job summary

Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee recovery-focused care and the safe administration of medications as prescribed. You will ensure high-quality, policy-aligned nursing support and coordinate with the care team in a 16-bed acute inpatient setting.

Expected shifts include AM and NOC with weekend coverage; starting pay ranges from $56.00 to $69.19 per hour, with geographic differentials and experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• RN program graduation and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid driver's license with active personal vehicle insurance
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The RN Supervisor provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Shifts Available:

Short-Hour | AM | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Days: Saturday

Short-Hour | NOC | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Days: Saturday

Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.19. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
