Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility in Bakersfield, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for full-time NOC shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The role focuses on recovery-focused care, administration of prescribed treatments, and leading direct care in a 16-bed inpatient setting for adults 18+.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The RN Supervisor provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Shifts Available

Full-Time | NOC | Shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Days: Wednesday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.19. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
