Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an RN Supervisor to deliver recovery-focused nursing care, administer medications, and oversee direct care per policy. This role supports a startup program with a December 14, 2026 start, and involves coordinating with treatment teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Two years of mental health experience

• Provide recovery-focused nursing care and administer medications as prescribed
• Ensure safe, effective implementation of direct care per policies and standards
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with treatment teams
• Support program start and operational readiness for new Telecare initiative
• Maintain documentation and reporting to support patient health outcomes

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The RN Supervisor provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Shifts Available

Hours: 7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM

Days: Sun-Tues or Wed-Fri

Expected starting wage range is $50.96 - $59.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Two years of mental health experience.

Located on the Wellness Village Campus, the Telecare Wellness Village Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) operates 24/7 and serves 50 individuals who are Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) or otherwise court-ordered to this level of care. The program provides up to 50 residential beds for both male and female clients. It primarily serves IST consumers referred by the Superior Court, Riverside Sheriff's Office (RSO), or Riverside University Health System-Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH). The facility also supports individuals requiring residential services through Laura's Law/AOT and other RUHS-BH and Superior Court diversion programs.
