Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) seeks an RN Supervisor to provide recovery-focused care and safely administer medications as prescribed by physicians. You will lead direct care in line with policy and standards, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure in California, a valid driver's license, and willingness to use company and personal vehicles for client transport. Competitive wages and shift differentials are offered along with benefits.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The RN Supervisor provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Shifts Available:

On-Call | Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Days vary as needed

Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.19. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and current licensure in the state of operation
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
