Veloci Running, Inc. is seeking a hands-on video creator in Austin to produce weekly short-form content. You will shoot, edit, and post videos, guiding storytelling that drives brand growth and revenue engagement.

You will work directly with the founder, shape the content strategy, and expand reviewer/outreach programs while documenting community events and product storytelling. This role blends creativity with performance analytics.

Competenze

3–5+ years creating short-form video for brands or as a creator with 100k+ followers.
Portfolio with results (views, saves, impact) across platforms.
Able to shoot and edit own footage; boots-on-the-ground role.
Knows what stops scrolling in the first two seconds and builds audience.
Capable of directing non-actors and editing to suit content goals.
Experience in running/outdoor/footwear brand is a plus.

Mansioni

Create short-form video every week from concept to shoot to edit to post.
Test, analyze, and iterate based on performance and goals.
Get the founder on camera regularly for product stories, factory trips, and behind the scenes.
Support reviewer and earned media outreach; send shoes to reviewers and publicists.
Work with marketing on weekly tests and apply learnings.
Capture the community through group runs and race weekends.
