With 1–3 years in short-form content creation, you will edit in CapCut or Premiere, and apply a deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X to optimize performance while upholding brand standards and messaging.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating and publishing short-form content.
• Hands-on editing ability with CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X, including platform specs and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

• Identify the strongest short-form moments from existing and new content.
• Write and test hooks, first frames, and captions to stop the scroll.
• Move content from raw footage to published clips quickly while maintaining brand standards.
