Job summary

Midnite is seeking a hands-on editor to craft strong short-form moments from existing and new content. You will write hooks, frames, and captions designed to capture attention and drive engagement across platforms.

With 1–3 years in short-form content creation, you will edit in CapCut or Premiere, and apply a deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X to optimize performance while upholding brand standards and messaging.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience making and publishing short-form content, ideally across multiple brands.
• Strong hands-on editing ability in CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X, including platform specifications and audience behaviors.

Working style:

• Move from raw footage to a published clip in under an hour when it matters.
• Be proactive: bring the idea, cut it, ship it, and explain how it performed.
• Move quickly without ignoring brand standards, ASA guidance, or responsible messaging.
